Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (section 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, VSBG).

We write the content of this site with care, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete, correct and up to date, and calculator results, especially test score estimates, may differ from official results. As a service provider we are responsible for our own content under the general laws (section 7 (1) DDG). We are not obliged to monitor information sent or stored by others, or to look for signs of unlawful activity (sections 8 to 10 DDG). Obligations to remove or block information under the general laws remain. Liability for this starts only from the moment we learn of a specific infringement. When we do, we remove the content without delay.

Liability for links

CurveFox links to other websites, for example the official documents our numbers come from, test prep providers and our social profiles. We have no influence on their content, so we cannot accept liability for it. The provider or operator of each linked page is always responsible for its content. We checked linked pages for possible legal violations when we added the link and found none. We cannot reasonably keep checking them without concrete signs of a violation. If we learn of one, we remove the link without delay.
